Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Senior Recruiter with expertise in technical talent acquisition to join their Irvine, CA team on a long-term contract basis. The role blends in-office collaboration with monthly in-person days, supporting the full lifecycle across multiple technical functions.

You will manage high-volume requisitions, develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, partner with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth candidate

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience negotiating compensation and closing candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably JazzHR.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Handle 15- 30 open recs at a time.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple functional areas.
• Create and present offer packages, negotiate compensation, and successfully close candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS JazzHR.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting efforts across Technical, Engineering, (Product/ Quality) Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Functions, Finance, and other professional-level positions.
