Job summary

Talent Xpanse is seeking a Temporary Contract Recruiter to provide onsite recruiting support in Irvine, CA. The role manages full-cycle recruiting for 15–20 requisitions, partnering with hiring managers and HR to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong interview scheduling, candidate management, and experience using ATS and MS Office. This onsite assignment runs through April 2027.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Strong interview scheduling and candidate management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate candidate movement through the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Send candidate feedback forms and collect evaluation input.
• Compile interview feedback and provide summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding staffing needs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing activities.
• Partner with external recruiters and staffing agencies as needed.
• Assist with candidate level assessment and compensation considerations.
