Responsibilities

• Recruit for multiple positions across Guardian Tax.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards and social channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged through the process.
• Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns.
• Track recruiting activity, interviews, offers, hires, and retention.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to meet hiring goals.
• Develop creative ways to attract top talent.

Guardian Tax is growing, and we're looking for a ROCKSTAR RECRUITER who knows how to find great people, move quickly, and GET HIRES!

This isn't a position for someone who wants to sit back and wait for applications to roll in. We're looking for an energetic, organized, competitive recruiter who knows how to source talent, sell candidates on an opportunity, and keep the hiring pipeline moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Recruit for multiple positions across our growing company

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience REQUIRED.

COMPENSATION

Starting at $21/hour + performance bonuses
