Job summary

Twenty is seeking a Senior Recruiter, GTM & Customer Success, to assemble the teams that bring our cyber capabilities to customers and missions. You will own sourcing-heavy recruiting across Sales, Growth, government relations, partnerships, and leadership, shaping candidate profiles and assessment plans from outreach through close.

You will build trusted networks in cyber and national security, calibrate with hiring managers on scope and market realities, and drive fast, high-touch

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Growth, business development, government relations, partnerships, and customer/mission-facing leadership, based on business priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers on role outcomes, candidate profiles, interview plans, scorecards, and calibration.
• Build lasting relationships in cyber, national security, and cleared talent communities through events, referrals, and engagement beyond open searches.
• Tailor structured screens to each role’s proof points, distinguishing commercial results, partnership development, customer trust, and mission credibility.
