Corelight is seeking a Senior Recruiter, GTM to build the teams driving growth and customer success. You will own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Customer Success, and GTM roles in the US and globally, partnering with senior leaders to translate needs into talent strategies and independently lead searches from intake through close.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years in-house recruiting in a SaaS startup or growth-stage company.
• Proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and building passive pipelines.
• Experience partnering with senior GTM leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Strong business acumen and independent hiring recommendations.
• Translate business objectives into candidate profiles and processes.
• Ability to manage complex searches with urgency and accuracy.
• Willingness to support non-GTM roles when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, and GTM functions from intake to close.
• Partner with leaders to define success and build targeted candidate profiles.
• Build talent maps and pipelines across US and global markets.
• Assess candidates and provide evidence-based recommendations.
