Job summary

Jobgether, representing a partner in the United States, seeks a GTM Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for go-to-market teams. You will partner with Sales leadership to attract and hire account executives, sales leaders, BDRs, SDRs, solutions engineers, and channel professionals.

This role blends strategic workforce planning with proactive sourcing, structured candidate assessments, and effective offer management, delivering scalable processes that improve hiring quality and business

Qualifications

• Sourcing and closing sales talent for compliance or tech-enabled services.
• Experience recruiting account executives and sales leaders.
• Understanding consultative selling and complex buying processes.
• Proactive sourcing beyond inbound applications.
• Ability to assess sales performance and pipeline generation.
• Strong stakeholder management with Sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM recruitment for commercial roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop hiring strategies with Sales leaders and hiring managers.
• Build high-quality talent pipelines via outreach and networks.
• Evaluate candidates' sales achievements and quota attainment.
• Strengthen assessments with structured interviews and work samples.
• Manage candidate engagement, offers, and onboarding transitions.
• Maintain recruitment forecasts and communicate delays.
