Job summary

Twenty Technologies seeks a Senior Recruiter, G&A, to build teams that enable the company's mission. You will own sourcing-heavy recruiting across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Talent and Operations, with potential to support Marketing and IT/Security as priorities evolve.

You will define what each hire needs to accomplish, shape candidate profiles and assessment plans, and guide scope, level, and market realities from outreach through close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions.
• Ability to build qualified outbound pipelines and close passive candidates.
• Calibrate hiring scope with managers; advise on market realities.
• Strong funnel data use, ATS hygiene, follow-through, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across G&A and selected Marketing roles.
• Build pipelines through research, outreach, referrals and networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role outcomes and profiles.
• Run structured screens assessing ownership, judgment, and context.
• Partner with specialists for deeper assessment, incl. IT/Security.
• Craft compelling function-specific pitches and closing plans.
• Advise leaders on role scope, leveling, and timelines using market data.
• Maintain fast feedback loops, forecasts, and accurate ATS records.
• Collaborate with TA Ops to improve outreach and AI-enabled workflows.
