Twenty seeks a Senior Recruiter, GTM & Customer Success to build teams that bring AI-native offensive cyber and mission software to government and allied customers. You will source heavily for Sales, Growth, and leadership roles, shaping candidate profiles, assessment plans, and close strategies.

You will develop trusted networks in cyber, defense, and cleared talent communities, exercising discretion with sensitive information and using AI thoughtfully to reduce repetitive work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle GTM or business hiring.
• Experience recruiting in defense technology, cyber, or government-focused companies.
• Recruiting leaders in Sales, Growth, Partnerships, or customer-facing functions.
• Proven ability to build outbound pipelines and close passive candidates.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Growth, business development, gov't relations, partnerships, and leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers on role outcomes, candidate profiles, interview plans, and scorecards.
• Build relationships in cyber and national security talent communities through events and referrals.
• Tailor structured screens to highlight commercial results, partnerships, and mission credibility.
• Collaborate with technical recruiters on specialized mission searches and ownership.
• Lead high-touch closing around Twenty’s mission and candidate motivations; surface concerns early.
• Use market intelligence to advise on scope, leveling, timelines; maintain fast feedback and ATS hygiene.
• Coordinate with TAOps to improve outreach and candidate prep using AI within guidelines.
