Twenty Technologies is hiring a Senior Recruiter for GTM & Customer Success to build the teams that drive opportunities and customer impact for government and allied missions. You will own sourcing-heavy recruiting across Sales, Growth, business development, and government relations, shaping profiles and assessment plans with leaders.

You’ll develop trusted networks in cyber, defense, and cleared talent communities, turning priorities into high-quality hires with urgency and discretion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience across GTM or business hiring in competitive markets.
• Recruiting experience in defense technology, cyber, or with government/national security customers.
• Experience recruiting Sales, business development, partnerships, or customer-facing leaders with depth in at least one area.
• Built outbound pipelines and closed passive candidates including senior individual contributors or leaders.
• Calibrates effectively with hiring managers and learns complex customer and mission contexts quickly.
• Turns ambiguous hiring needs into executable plans and advises leaders on scope, market realities, and closing.
• Uses funnel data to improve outcomes with strong ATS hygiene and process discipline.
• Comfortable working in-office in Arlington, VA.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Growth, business development, government relations, partnerships, and customer/mission-facing leadership based on business priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers on role outcomes, candidate profiles, interview plans, scorecards, and calibration.
• Build lasting relationships in cyber, national security, and cleared talent communities through events, referrals, and ongoing engagement.
• Tailor structured screens to each role’s proof points, distinguishing commercial results, partnership development, customer trust, and mission credibility.
• Collaborate with technical recruiters on specialized mission-facing searches with clear ownership and domain assessment.
• Lead high-touch closing efforts around Twenty’s mission, role impact, and candidate motivations; surface concerns early.
• Use market intelligence to advise on role scope, leveling, candidate availability, and realistic search timelines; maintain fast feedback and ATS records.
• Collaborate with TAOps on logistics; improve outreach, candidate preparation, and workflows using AI within company guidelines.
