Coinbase is seeking a Principal Recruiter to partner with senior leaders and own full‑lifecycle recruiting across Core functions. This is a remote‑first role with quarterly in‑person surges, requiring ownership of complex, senior searches and global scaling.

You will build pipelines, map talent, analyze hiring data, and drive process improvements that increase velocity and quality while maintaining a human, values‑driven approach to AI‑assisted recruitment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of candidate lifecycle from mapping to closing.
• Data-driven approach to metrics and hiring strategy; AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle for senior roles in Core portfolio.
• Build pipelines via self-sourcing and competitive research.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate needs into search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and use analytics to improve hiring velocity.
• Design recruiting processes and pilot programs for global markets.
