TSR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Full Cycle (Banking) to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment within large financial services organizations and strong experience with Workday ATS. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and drive diverse, qualified pipelines across investment, commercial, and corporate banking roles, while ensuring policy

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in financial services.
• Experience recruiting for banking divisions (investment, commercial, corporate).
• Proficiency with Workday or similar ATS.
• Strong offer negotiation and relocation packaging knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Source applicants, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for banking roles.
• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies within a consultative recruiting model.
• Facilitate feedback and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offers process with rationale.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter - Full Cycle (Banking) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment within large financial services organizations, Workday ATS, and consultative hiring and a proven ability to deliver qualified talent pipelines, manage complex offer processes, and partner with business leaders to meet hiring goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in large, complex financial services organizations.
• Experience recruiting for investment banking, commercial banking, and corporate banking roles.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Demonstrated success sourcing talent through social media and direct networking methods.
• Knowledge of complex compensation structures and relocation packages with strong offer negotiation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including referrals, sourcing, and diversity strategies.
• Source applicants, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for banking roles across investment, commercial, and corporate functions.
• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and candidate selection within a consultative recruiting model.
• Facilitate feedback and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Recommend and negotiate candidate offers through proactive offer management, providing rationale for compensation terms.
• Research competitors and peer organizations and participate in diversity recruiting events and activities.
• Ensure adherence to hiring policies, procedures, and best-practice recruitment guidelines.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules, and regulations while applying sound ethical judgment and transparent issue escalation.
