Job summary

Mission Staffing represents an asset management client in New York, NY, seeking a Recruiter to support internal Talent Acquisition during a high-volume hiring cycle.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Operations, and junior Front Office/Investment roles, partnering with hiring managers on intake and strategy, sourcing and presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and maintaining data in Workday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Financial services recruiting background required; asset management or mortgage experience preferred.
• In-house, agency, or RPO experience supporting Financial Services or Asset Management clients.
• Workday ATS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our client, an asset management firm based in New York, NY, is seeking a Recruiter to support its internal Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a full-cycle recruiter with financial services experience, ideally asset management. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers across Finance, Operations, and select Investment teams during a high-volume hiring period. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and comfort working within Workday as the team transitions from iCIMS.
