Growing Investment Banking Boutique located in Midtown Manhattan is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting across all business areas while helping build and enhance the firm's talent acquisition strategy and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across all departments and levels.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates within financial services talent markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring hires.
• Manage ATS, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and recruiting analytics.
• Partner with hiring managers and external search firms to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding, including background checks, documentation, and new hire setup.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience.
• Monitor market trends and provide talent intelligence to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services, private equity, investment management, fintech, or a high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other talent platforms.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, HR systems, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on process improvement and scalability.
