• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to close for complex, senior-level roles.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and use analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact globally.
