Coinbase is seeking a Principal Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full lifecycle recruiting for senior-level roles, partnering with senior leaders to understand talent needs and drive scalable processes.

You will build pipelines through sourcing and research, translate hiring needs into search strategies, and leverage data to improve efficiency and candidate experience across global markets. Remote role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a tech company or fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of candidate lifecycle from mapping to closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with metrics for stakeholders.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level searches across Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
