Job summary

Busey is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor to optimize client receivables processes, including payment acceptance, cash application, and automation solutions. You will partner with Treasury Management teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth while improving clients’ cash flow and efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing new business, presenting solutions, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to deploy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Finance, Business, or Technology.
• 5+ years sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• Comfort presenting complex receivables and payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in receivables and payment solutions.
• Present payment and receivables solutions; manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth with clients and prospects.
• Advise on accounts receivable automation via electronic payments.
• Build strong client relationships and manage ongoing support and reviews.
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Maintain a sales pipeline using CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and meet revenue targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends and provide feedback to product teams.
