Job summary

Busey is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor to optimize client receivables processes, partner with Treasury Management teams, and drive revenue growth. You will identify opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and ensure successful deployment with internal teams.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and delivering consultative, solutions-based selling for accounts receivable automation and electronic payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Technology.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with receivables or Treasury Management solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to accounts receivable and payment solutions.
• Identify customer needs, present payment and receivables solutions, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth with TM clients and prospects.
• Recommend and demonstrate accounts receivable automation through electronic payments.
• Build relationships with clients, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and grow a book of clients with ongoing support and quarterly reviews.
