Busey Bank is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor in Colorado Springs to optimize client receivables processes and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with Treasury Management teams to identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and help clients improve cash flow and efficiency.

You will lead consultative engagements, build a strong client book, and coordinate with implementation and product teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Finance, Business, or Technology required.
• 5+ years sales experience with track record of achieving goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong consultative, problem solving, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in accounts receivable and payment solutions.
• Present solutions and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth with clients and prospects.
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and implementation plans addressing client needs.
