Job summary

Busey is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor to optimize client cash flow through payment acceptance, cash application, and receivables automation. You will partner with Treasury Management teams and clients to identify challenges and tailor solutions that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include developing new opportunities, managing the sales cycle, coordinating with product and operations, and maintaining a robust CRM pipeline to meet revenue targets in multi-market

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling accounts receivable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
• Ability to identify customer needs and manage the sales cycle end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to accounts receivable and payment solutions.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth with clients and prospects.
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies and implementation plans addressing client needs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline in Hubspot/Salesforce and hit revenue targets.
