Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Realty Project Management - DS to lead multiple realty projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and vendors while aligning with corporate strategy. The role directs associates and contractors to deliver efficient, cost-effective outcomes across store remodels and new builds.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 2 years' PM experience or 4 years' PM experience in related area.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and vendor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Realty execution projects and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain schedules.
• Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective sourcing and installation.
• Lead project meetings with stakeholders to plan and implement initiatives.
• Direct associates and contractors on processes, modular plan reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address design changes and resolve issues.
• Monitor budgets and align plans with corporate strategies.
