Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

Based at a home store with frequent travel across the US, you will supervise hourly staff, address escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain project momentum and foster associate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Masters degree in Business is preferred and welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations; collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel to projects across the US and support stores as needed.
