Job summary

Walmart Inc. in the Realty Execution team is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the delivery of remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.

You will ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards while supervising hourly team members and handling escalations. You’ll partner with store leadership to keep plans on track, travel to project sites as needed, and develop associates through supervision and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; OR 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep plans on track and within budget.
• Travel to project sites as needed and manage project communications.
