Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the United States. You will own the delivery of remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget results with top quality standards.

Lead hourly teams, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain project momentum. You’ll travel across the US, work with store leaders, suppliers, and associates, and benefit from Walmart’s culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in the same fields.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and communicate plans to key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home and 80% travel time as required.
