Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the delivery of remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget results with high quality standards.

You will supervise hourly associates, address escalations, and partner with store leadership while traveling frequently across the US to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis OR 3 years of related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.

• Take ownership of executing remodels, new stores, clubs and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations with store leadership.
