Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 2 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain project schedules and communicate adjustments effectively.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials.
• Lead project meetings with stakeholders to analyze, plan, and implement initiatives, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Direct associates and contractors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to meet facility goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address design changes and resolve construction issues.
• Monitor project budgets, assess impacts, and align plans with corporate strategies.
