Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly teams, manage escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep initiatives on time and within budget.

You will travel frequently to project sites, communicate plans to stakeholders, and develop associates through supervision and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required or 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis or related area.
• Master’s degree or PMI Certification is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel frequently across the US to support projects; communicate plans and changes to key stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Master’s: Business Project Management Certification (PMI)
