Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, partnering with store team leads to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality.

You’ll supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep initiatives on track. Frequent travel across the US is required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations; collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel to projects across the US; communicate plans and changes to stakeholders; develop associates.
