Walmart Realty is hiring a Realty Project Coach to own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will work with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and keep projects on time and within budget.

This role involves frequent travel, overnight shifts, and partnering with leadership to deliver high-quality results. A bachelor's degree and PM experience or equivalent are required, with opportunities to advance within Walmart's

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Preferred Master's degree in Business or related field.
• PM Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores; ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with store leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and communicate plans and changes.
• Travel to projects across the US and develop associates through supervision and mentoring.
