Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States.

You will own project delivery, supervise hourly team members, and resolve escalations while partnering with store leadership to maintain schedules and budgets. The role involves primarily overnight shifts and frequent travel to project sites across the US, with opportunities to develop within Walmart’s Realty Execution team and advance along multiple career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or 3 years of related experience.
• 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area preferred.
• Master’s degree and PMP/PM Certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US, including overnight stays.
