Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track, supervise hourly associates, and handle escalations. The role involves travel across the US, with a focus on delivering value and development opportunities within

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and handle escalations
