Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop the core routing engine responsible for real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, and channels using Java, Spring Boot and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering for distributed applications.
• Expert-level Java, Spring Boot and microservices development.
• Experience with routing for contact center or CX platforms.
• Knowledge of ACD concepts, queue management and workload balance.
• API-first design, event-driven architecture and cloud-native engineering.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
• Excellent documentation and client-facing collaboration skills.
