Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop the core routing engine for real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, skills, channels, and business units using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Eight-plus years in software engineering with distributed systems ownership.
• Expert Java/Spring Boot experience; REST APIs, security, testing, and performance engineering.
• Routing logic for contact centers or CX platforms; low-latency, high-throughput design.
• API-first design, event-driven architecture, cloud-native engineering.
• Strong documentation and ability to lead client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution.
• Implement intelligent routing based on skills, priorities, capacity, and rules.
• Ensure availability, scalability, resilience, and performance across routing paths.
• Design APIs for routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration.
• Integrate routing with telephony, messaging, CRM, analytics, and identity systems.
• Define non-functional requirements and guide architectural decisions.
• Review designs, identify risks, and uphold engineering standards.
