Miratech Group is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform for enterprise-scale contact centers. You will create core routing engines that distribute voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, skills, and channels in real time.

You will work primarily with Java, Spring Boot, distributed architectures, and cloud-native tech, collaborating with CX platform teams, product, and operations to deliver scalable backend

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
• Expert-level Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience building routing logic for contact centers or CX platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines in real time.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across routing paths.
