Job summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a qualified QA/QC professional to lead project quality management across data-center type construction. You will implement three-phase control, oversee ITP development, and coordinate QA/QC activities with Ryan Mission Critical teams and trade partners.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans for conformance, conducting preparatory meetings, and driving corrective actions with stakeholders. OSHA 30 or NFPA 70E is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy through three-phase control.
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for Quality Teams.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with specs.
• Manage ITP and ensure timely receipt of test reports and photos.
• Lead weekly QC meetings with trade partners and client reps.
