Job summary

Ryan Companies Inc. seeks an On-Site Assistant Quality Manager in the United States to lead the project QA/QC program for data center builds.

You will implement the three-phase control system, review shop drawings, and coordinate with the project team and trade partners to ensure compliance with specifications. Responsibilities include managing the ITP, conducting daily walkthroughs, and leading weekly QC meetings with client reps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering, or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy across all phases (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and ensure timely submission of test reports and photos.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities with Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Lead/prep quality management content for meetings (OAC, internal, and trade partner meetings).
• Manage ITP logging, deficiencies tracking, and corrective actions.
• Conduct daily field walkthroughs and weekly QC meetings with partners and client reps.
• Monitor quality dashboards and communicate status/risks to project leadership and client teams.
