Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead the project quality program for data center construction. You will oversee the three-phase control system, review drawings, and coordinate with Ryan and trade partners to maintain compliance.

You will conduct daily walkthroughs, manage inspection logs, and lead weekly QC meetings to drive timely corrective actions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.
• OSHA 30 or NFPA 70E or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project quality management strategy across Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up phases.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Lead daily QA/QC activities with Ryan and Trade Partner teams.
• Manage the Inspection Test Plan and logs; ensure timely reports and photos.
• Conduct weekly QC meetings and periodic quality walkthroughs with clients.
