Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC program for our data center projects in Texas. The role requires at least five years of field QA/QC experience on large, MEP-heavy builds and experience in construction documentation and contract administration.

You will oversee daily QC duties, train team members, and coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors. Travel to project sites is required as needed by the program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field quality management experience on large, MEP-heavy projects.
• Experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.
• Ability to review shop drawings and submittals for conformance.
• Lead QC program development for data centers and complex projects.
• Travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of the QC program for data center projects.
• Oversee daily QC duties to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Train team members on quality activities and standards.
• Review project documents, conduct weekly QC meetings, and report findings.
• Manage inspections, testing, and documentation; drive corrective actions.
