Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a QA/QC professional to lead project quality management on critical data center builds in Tampa, FL. You will implement three-phase control, oversee the ITP, and coordinate with Ryan and trade partners to ensure field quality.

You will train team members on QA/QC practices, review drawings for conformance, and drive timely inspection and reporting across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy by implementing the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations, prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Communicate quality management status and risks to the project team, project leadership, and client teams.
• Assist with training project team members on the QA/QC Program, including Procore or other required software.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Set quality management expectations with trade partners, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Manage the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) to develop a complete log of all field inspections.
