Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our national Mission Critical sector. The role requires at least 5 years’ field quality management on large, MEP-heavy projects and a technical degree in construction, civil, architecture, or engineering.

You will lead the quality program for data centers, review shop drawings and submittals, train and supervise project team members, and oversee documentation and inspections. Occasional travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field quality management on large, complex, MEP-heavy projects.
• Technical degree in construction, civil, architecture, engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the quality program for data centers.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Train and supervise project team members on quality-related activities.
• Oversee documentation and inspections; coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and external staff.
• Conduct, participate in, and document weekly QC meetings with stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
