Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Construction QA/QC professional to implement the three-phase control system (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up) and to oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations.

You will train project team members, review shop drawings, coordinate with trade partners, and lead weekly QC meetings, daily walkthroughs, and site inspections to ensure safety and quality on data center work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy by implementing the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations, prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Communicate quality management status and risks to the project team, project leadership, and client teams.
