Job summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a QA/QC professional to support the project-specific quality management strategy and oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations. You will coordinate daily QA/QC activities with Ryan and trade partner teams, and communicate quality status and risks to project leadership and clients.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of construction quality control experience, with familiarity in data center best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy by implementing the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations, prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Communicate quality management status and risks to the project team, project leadership, and client teams.
