Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance on our data center construction projects in Dallas, TX. You will implement the three-phase control system and oversee inspection plans to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

You will coordinate daily QA/QC activities, drive punch lists, maintain dashboards, and communicate risks and progress to the project team, leadership, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a construction-related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• OSHA 30 or NFPA 70E or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy by implementing the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations, prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Communicate quality management status and risks to the project team, project leadership, and client teams.
