Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a seasoned QA/QC professional to support the project-specific quality management strategy, lead the three-phase control implementation, and oversee the Inspection Test Plan for CSA/MEP installations.

You will coordinate daily QA/QC activities with internal teams and trade partners, review drawings for conformance, and drive timely deficiencies resolution. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of QC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in architectural, civil, structural engineering, or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific QA/QC strategy across all phases (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities with Ryan and Trade Partner teams.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Identify and track deficiencies; coordinate corrective actions and closures.
