Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead project quality management, oversee the three-phase control system, and ensure compliance across CSA and MEP installations.

You will coordinate daily QA/QC activities, drive meetings, review drawings, and mentor teams on Procore and related tools. A bachelor’s in construction management and 5+ years QC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural eng or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy and three phases of control.
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan Mission Critical teams.
• Communicate quality status and risks to project team, leadership and client teams.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
