Culture Amp is seeking a Business Systems Lead to own the Q2C systems, accountable for the integrity, scalability, and evolution of the entire lifecycle. You will design the technical solution, build the most complex parts, and partner with Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing & Packaging, and Legal to ensure the business needs are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior systems roles within enterprise SaaS
• Deep expertise across Q2C lifecycle with CPQ and CLM
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and integrations

Responsibilities

• Own Q2C solutions end to end across Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, DocuSign CLM
• Lead hands-on implementation of complex Q2C workstreams
• Partner with Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing & Packaging, and Legal to align designs with business needs
• Drive Q2C roadmap with stakeholders and create detailed plans
• Eliminate technical debt by enforcing design standards and patterns
