Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a senior Q2C architect to own the end-to-end platform, designing integrations across Salesforce, DealHub CPQ and DocuSign CLM while partnering with Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing & Packaging, and Legal.

You’ll lead hands-on implementation, ship scalable solutions under pressure, mentor the GTM Systems team, and help the business grow with reliable data flows and strong design standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior systems roles within enterprise SaaS.
• Deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash lifecycle (CPQ/CLM) in Salesforce environments.
• Experience with DealHub CPQ and DocuSign CLM in subscription contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own Q2C solutions end to end; design the technical solution and integration patterns across Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, DocuSign CLM.
• Lead hands-on implementation of the most complex Q2C workstreams, not just hand off to developers.
• Be the primary technical partner for Deal Desk, Finance, P&P, and Legal; translate business needs into scalable system designs.
• Drive the Q2C roadmap with stakeholders, defining problems and detailed plans to post-launch success.
• Eliminate technical debt by enforcing design standards and remediating legacy issues.
• Maintain and scale critical integrations with downstream systems like NetSuite and data warehouse.
• Produce clear documentation: data flows, solution designs, runbooks, how-to guides.
• Mentor teammates on Q2C best practices and contribute to GTM Systems growth.
