Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a senior technical leader to own end-to-end Q2C systems, spanning Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, and DocuSign CLM. You will design, build, and operate complex CPQ/CLM workflows in a fast-paced SaaS environment, collaborating with Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to deliver scalable, revenue-focused solutions.

You will also drive architecture with a strong ownership mindset, mentor peers, and ensure integrations with downstream systems are robust and maintainable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior systems roles (Solutions Architect/Lead Analyst) in SaaS
• Deep hands-on experience across Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
• Strong ownership mindset for architecture and execution
• Experience with Salesforce development and CPQ/CLM tools

Responsibilities

• Own Q2C solutions end to end across Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, DocuSign CLM
• Lead hands-on implementation of complex Q2C workstreams
• Be the primary technical partner for Deal Desk, Finance, P&P, and Legal
• Define the Q2C roadmap with stakeholders and drive post-launch success
• Identify and remediate Q2C technical debt and enforce standards
• Maintain and scale integrations with downstream systems
• Produce runbooks, data flows, and design documents for operability
• Mentor teammates on Q2C best practices and growth
