Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Q2C Systems Lead to own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, designing the technical solution and leading hands-on implementation across Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, and DocuSign CLM. You’ll partner with Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to ensure the business needs are met with scalable architectures.

You will mentor the GTM Systems team, drive the Q2C roadmap, and eliminate tech debt while maintaining strong data flows and integration patterns across downstream systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior systems/architect roles in enterprise SaaS
• Hands-on design and implementation across CPQ/CLM and billing
• Deep knowledge of Q2C lifecycle and related tools
• Experience with Salesforce development and admin certifications
• Experience implementing DealHub CPQ and DocuSign CLM in subscription contexts
• Ability to balance speed with scalable design

Responsibilities

• Own Q2C solutions end-to-end across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and downstream integrations
• Lead hands-on implementation of complex Q2C workstreams
• Partner with Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing & Packaging, and Legal
• Define and drive the Q2C roadmap with stakeholders
• Identify and remediate QTC technical debt and enforce design standards
• Mentor teammates on Q2C best practices and GTM Systems growth
