Job summary

SpeedX is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager to lead the PUDO and Returns programs for strategic customers like Vinted. You will translate customer needs into clear business requirements and align internal teams to deliver initiatives with defined ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

You will bridge Customer, Commercial, Process, Tech, and Regional Operations, ensuring governance and action closure while driving service improvements and onboarding ramps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business program management, project management, logistics, or ecommerce operations.
• Experience in US last mile, PUDO, returns, or parcel logistics preferred.
• Ability to translate customer needs into structured business requirements.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using operational data.

Responsibilities

• Own Vinted and PUDO/Returns business requirements, priorities, and WBR follow-up.
• Translate customer asks into clear business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Support onboarding, volume ramp-up, coverage expansion, and service improvement.
• Coordinate commercial, service scope, and integration requirements.
• Convert priorities into action plans, owners, timelines, and dependencies.
• Bridge Business with Process, Tech, and Operations teams.
• Drive governance, issue resolution, and action closure.
• Escalate blockers when delivery or business outcomes are at risk.
