Job summary

SpeedX is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager to lead the business execution of SPX PUDO and Returns programs, focusing on strategic customers such as Vinted. The role acts as the bridge between Customer, Commercial, Process, Tech, SPX HQ, and Regional Operations. Preferred work location: LAX or JFK.

You will translate customer needs into clear business requirements, align internal workstreams, and ensure initiatives are delivered with defined ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business program management, project management, logistics, or ecommerce operations.
• Strong experience in US last mile, PUDO, returns, or parcel logistics preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into structured business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using operational data to support decisions.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive multiple workstreams through completion.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Role Overview

The Senior Business Program Manager will lead the business execution of SPX PUDO and Returns programs, with a primary focus on supporting strategic customers such as Vinted.

This role is business-led and serves as the bridge between Customer, Commercial, Process, Tech, SPX HQ functions, and Regional Operations. The position is responsible for translating customer needs into clear business requirements, aligning internal workstreams, and ensuring initiatives are delivered with defined ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Preferred work location: LAX or JFK.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Customer

• Own Vinted and PUDO / Returns business requirements, priorities, and WBR follow-up
• Translate customer asks into clear business requirements and expected outcomes
• Support onboarding, volume ramp-up, coverage expansion, and service improvement
• Coordinate commercial, service scope, and integration requirements

Cross-functional Execution

• Convert priorities into action plans, owners, timelines, and dependencies
• Bridge Business with Process, Tech, and Operations teams
• Drive governance, issue resolution, and action closure
• Escalate blockers when delivery or business outcomes are at risk

Process & Tech

• Work with Process teams on workflow, SOP, and rollout requirements
• Work with Tech teams on BRD, system requirements, UAT, and rollout
• Coordinate enhancements across IT platform DriverApp, OMS, TMS, BI, API, and tracking
• Ensure Process and Tech delivery meets the original customer and business need
• PUDO and Returns business roadmap
• Customer requirement and action tracker
